Cancellation Policy

At Canvas & Glow, we enforce a 24-hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy to ensure appointment availability for all clients and to respect the valuable time of our providers. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or missed appointments will incur a $100 fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask that you notify our team as soon as possible.

After three late cancellations or no-shows, clients will be required to prepay in full for any future appointments at the time of booking. Prepaid amounts are nonrefundable if the policy is violated. However, if an appointment is rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance, the payment will be credited toward a future Canvas & Glow service.

Our providers are often booked weeks to months ahead, and last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain high-quality care, efficient scheduling, and respect for everyone’s time. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
