Dr. Stephen Giordano, DO

Medical Director for Amber Giordano, FNP

Dr G has been practicing as a board-certified physician for 23 years and has been focused on aesthetic medicine for the past 12 years. Previously board certified in Internal Medicine, he then completed an aesthetic and integrative fellowship program. He has built several successful medical practices and accredited surgical centers and enjoys ensuring the safety and efficacy of every treatment administered by his team members. He is passionate about teaching aesthetics and has taught many of the injectors and estheticians in the Lake Norman and Charlotte region. Looking forward, Dr G hopes to help bring stricter regulation to the aesthetic industry ensuring those who treat patients are properly trained to do something severely lacking in aesthetics.

In his free time, he enjoys living in a farm neighborhood with his wife Amber, and his 2 boys and 3 dogs. He enjoys following wrestling, college football, and track and field, and was previously a polevaulter. If he had to pick another career path, he would study to be a musician.

Amber Giordano, FNP-C

Owner, CEO, and Injector

Amber is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who first started injecting in 2013 and found passion in not only Aesthetics, but overall Women’s Health. Expect to see her services expand into other areas such as Functional Wellness, Bioidentical Hormone Therapy, Weight Loss, and even more to fulfill her desire to help individuals look and feel their best. She was trained by some of the area’s best physicians in Aesthetics, OB/GYN, and Acute and Critical Care Nursing. She graduated from her Advanced Nurse Practitioner program with a 4.0 GPA and will not accept anything less than phenomenal outcomes for her patients. Known for her gentle technique and genuine care, Amber takes time to understand each patient’s goals and designs personalized treatment plans that deliver safe, effective, and confidence-boosting results. She believes aesthetics is both an art and a science, and she strives to make every patient experience one of comfort, trust, and transformation. 

She is a true local to the area, being born and raised in Mooresville, NC. In her free time, Amber enjoys life with her husband Dr. G, 3 children (Luca, Jase and Sophia), and of course her 3 dogs.

Mary Kate is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician dedicated to helping patients achieve luminous, healthy skin through advanced aesthetic treatments. Growing up in High Point, North Carolina, she developed a passion for skincare and makeup at a young age, which inspired her career in aesthetics. A graduate of the prestigious Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill, Mary Kate has refined her expertise in HydraFacials, Microneedling, laser hair reduction, chemical peels, skin care expertise, and various laser technology. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, she curates personalized treatment experiences that deliver transformative results — helping each patient feeling confident, radiant, and rejuvenated.

Chloe Slattery, RN

Nurse Injector

Chloe Slattery brings over 20 years of nursing experience across surgery, wellness, and aesthetics. With a combined three years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience and a background in entrepreneurship as the founder of Icebox, she is passionate about skin health, regenerative treatments, and enhancing natural beauty through lasers, microneediling, injectables, and medical-grade skincare. Chloe’s philosophy is simple: she wants every patient to look in the mirror and see the best version of themselves.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, and exploring the North Carolina mountains. Her hobbies include cooking, Pilates and Pure Barre, wine tasting, and scrolling Zillow for dream homes. If she weren’t a nurse, you’d likely see her selling luxury real estate or dying to become a sommelier.
